There are couple of things you need to bring to the Supermodel casting call :
Application fully completed
Three photos of yourself
A: close up of your face
B: full-length photograph
C: full-length wearing a swimsuit
Copy of driver's license, or United States passport
Copy of Social Security card or birth certificate
Bring the signed release and waiver form
Little Rock, AR -- Wednesday July 16th 5-7pm at the ClearChannel Metroplex Event Center located at 10800 Colonel Glenn Rd.
San Diego, CA -- Friday, July 18th from 8-10PMThe Pompei Room, 740 Nordahl Road in San Marcos.
New Haven, CT -- Thursday July 17, 2003 9am - 4pm at the Myst Ultra Lounge; 216 Crown Street New Haven, CT
Boise, ID -- Wednesday, July 16th, 2003 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Record Exchange, 1105 W. Idaho Street; Boise, ID
Ashville, NC -- Sunday, July 13 from 1-3pm at the Greenville Mall.
Raleigh, NC -- Wednesday July 16th from 6pm to 9pm at Fahrenheit in Raleigh behind Charlie Goodnights
Clevland, OH -- Wednesday, July 16, at Shooters in the Flats from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Phillidelphia, PA -- Wednesday, July 16th from 8 AM until 12 Noon at The Bourse Building, 111 S. Independence Mall East (5th Street between Chestnut and Market.)
Nashville, TN -- Saturday, July 19th COOL SPRINGS GALLERIA 10 AM - 1 PM; HICKORY HOLLOW MALL 2 PM - 5 PM
RIVERGATE MALL 6 PM - 9 PM
